The San Luis Obispo Council of Governments (SLOCOG) addresses issues of mutual concern among local agencies within the San Luis Obispo Region.  The agency serves as a forum for transportation planning and area wide issues, preparing regional plans and programs.  SLOCOG serves as a regional transportation planning agency for federal and state programs, and addresses other area wide issues as mutually desire.  SLOCOG manage projects such as OWP (Overall Work Program), TIP (Transportation Improvement Program), and Rideshare. 

SLOCOG needed a solution that allowed them to manage the immense amount of information.  This information was published online in order to distribute the publications and reports they are responsible for creating. They also have to communicate to the many advisory boards and committees both external and internal to the organization. SLOCOG uses ElementsConnect to manage these processes and to manage their websites.
