After graduating with honors from the State University of New York at Brockport, Jeremy was a key member of the client support team for TCI, a Fortune 100 Telecommunications firm (acquired by AT&T). Prior to starting ELEMNETS was the Director of Web Services at Best 1 Internet, a fast growing internet service organization.

Jeremy lives in Atascadero, California with his wife and daughter and enjoys mountain biking, skiing and the occasional triathlon. He was awarded the Pacific Coast Business Times' "Top 40 Under 40" for his professional excellence and profound commitment to the community. Jeremy is a member of the Technology Advocacy Committee of the SLO Chamber of Commerce, and member of Softec.

Steve Bridge

Steve lives in Lompoc, California with his wife Gloria , loves to kayak and play racquetball. He is also active on several non-profit boards including: Space Information Laboratories, the California Space Education and Workforce Institute, the National Association of Working Seniors and the Aging Connection. Steve has an Engineering degree from CSUC and a Masters degree from University of Southern California (USC).

Michael Boyer

Previously, Michael held the position of Vice President of Operations at Web Associates, where he led the company on a comprehensive turn-around that resulted in three consecutive years of increased profit while retaining 99 percent of the client base, which included; Quiksilver, Apple, HP, AMD, Blackberry (RIM), California Closets, The Tennis Channel, Marvell Semiconductor, Linear Technologies and Yahoo. Michael has also driven marketing strategy, channel development and lead generation as Vice President of Marketing at Platinum Services. He began his corporate operational experience at Global Software Solutions as Vice President of Operations where he led the day-to-day business of the consultancy. Michael studied business and communications at the University of Oregon.

Michael is active in many industry, community service and non-profit organizations. He serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Pismo Beach, the Grover Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Endowment Committee with the Clark Center Foundation. He is also a member of the San Luis Obispo Chamber, PMI, the Web Analytics Association, the Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce and Softec. In 2007, the Economic Vitality Corporation of San Luis Obispo County presented Michael with their "Top 20 Under 40" award for his professional excellence and profound commitment to the community. The Pacific Coast Business Times recognized Michael with the "Top 40 Under 40" award for his professional excellence and profound commitment to the community in 2006.

Ted Kapner

Production Manager
Ted is an experienced executive with over 17 years in marketing, sales and customer relationship management across a variety of industries and markets. As an entrepreneur, he successfully ran a boutique agency where he developed campaigns for corporate marketing, direct-to-consumer marketing, development and introduction of new products, and online marketing strategies. Ted's work has been recognized for clean professional design from print to product packaging to the web. In 2004, Cable and Television Marketing Association of Southern California awared Ted their "Golden Palm" award for his work on the Adelphia Communications HDTV product launch. His work has been featured as design examples on ModernPostcards.com, and has been seen in TV Guide, Woman's Day, Road & Track, LA Dodgers programs, LA Lakers programs and many other print and web publications.

Ted studied Marketing at the University of Southern California - Marshal School of Business. He was immediately recruited by Toyota Motor Sales USA and went to work in their corporate marketing department. He spent the next ten years as a sales & marketing executive in the semiconductor industry.

Ted served as a past President of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Pismo Beach and was awarded Kiwanian of the year in 2003. Since 1996, he has served as Race Director of the Strawberry Stampede, an annual event that hosts approximately 500 runners through Arroyo Grande. While Ted has piloted the Strawberry Stampede, the event has raised over $78K, 100 percent of which has been donated back to the local community in support of youth causes. Ted remains deeply involved in Kiwanis as well as several local chambers of commerce and committees.

Tony Holt

Creative Director
Tony studied Art and Design at the California Polytechnic State University and has over ten years of branding and marketing experience, Tony brings a keen sense of the practicalities, purpose and power of good design to ELEMENTS.

Before joining the ELEMENTS team, Tony served a dualistic role as both Lead Web Designer and Senior Designer at Barnett Cox & Associates. In those capacities he designed successful, distinctive web and print campaigns for numerous high-profile accounts in fields ranging from finance to tourism, and through his vision helped advance the award-winning agency's reputation as the premier solution provider in that market.
