In co-founding ELEMENTS in 1999, Jeremy created a company with a strong
vision — to assist businesses in solving their most critical challenges
through forward-thinking implementation of web strategies and business
solutions. After graduating with honors from the State University of New
York at Brockport, Jeremy was a key member of the client support team
for TCI, a Fortune 100 Telecommunications firm (acquired by AT&T).
Prior to starting ELEMENTS, he was the Director of Web Services at Best 1
Internet, a fast growing internet service organization.
Jeremy lives in Atascadero, California with his wife and daughter and enjoys mountain biking, skiing and the occasional triathlon. He was awarded the Pacific Coast Business Times' "Top 40 Under 40" for his professional excellence and profound commitment to the community. Jeremy is a member of the Technology Advocacy Committee of the SLO Chamber of Commerce, and member of Softec.
Steve Bridge has spent the last 25 years refining his business and
marketing experience. Steve's experience includes starting a glass
factory, activating shuttle launch facilities, leading shuttle convoy
operations, providing transformational windows solutions to the LA
Metropolitan Water District, leading a large Information Systems
transitions for Lockheed Space Operations Company and growing two
information technology companies.
Steve lives in Lompoc, California with his wife Gloria , loves to kayak and play racquetball. He is also active on several non-profit boards including: Space Information Laboratories, the California Space Education and Workforce Institute, the National Association of Working Seniors and the Aging Connection. Steve has an Engineering degree from CSUC and a Masters degree from University of Southern California (USC).
Most recently Michael was the CEO and Senior Consultant of the Pismo
Group, Inc. where he drove customer relationships with The Franchise
Company, Growers and Nomads, Paul Davis Restoration, Homes Magazine and
many others. Previously, Michael held the position of Vice President of
Operations at Web Associates, where he led the company on a
comprehensive turn-around that resulted in three consecutive years of
increased profit while retaining 99 percent of the client base, which
included; Quiksilver, Apple, HP, AMD, Blackberry (RIM), California
Closets, The Tennis Channel, Marvell Semiconductor, Linear Technologies
and Yahoo. Michael has also driven marketing strategy, channel
development and lead generation as Vice President of Marketing at
Platinum Services. He began his corporate operational experience at
Global Software Solutions as Vice President of Operations where he led
the day-to-day business of the consultancy. Michael studied business and
communications at the University of Oregon.
Michael is active in many industry, community service and non-profit organizations. He serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Pismo Beach, the Grover Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Endowment Committee with the Clark Center Foundation. He is also a member of the San Luis Obispo Chamber, PMI, the Web Analytics Association, the Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce and Softec. In 2007, the Economic Vitality Corporation of San Luis Obispo County presented Michael with their "Top 20 Under 40" award for his professional excellence and profound commitment to the community. The Pacific Coast Business Times recognized Michael with the "Top 40 Under 40" award for his professional excellence and profound commitment to the community in 2006.
Stephen has served as an interactive technology consultant for several
Philadelphia based marketing /communications agencies, as well as for
Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. This success drove Stephen to start his
own Interactive Web Agency called ScreenMatter in 1999. ScreenMatter,
which later became NetFuel, grew for 10 years and focused primarily on
Online Marketing solutions for the franchise industry. Their clients
included Maaco, CertaPro Painters and Floor Coverings International,
prior to being acquired by ELEMENTS in 2010. Stephen received a degree
in Fine Arts and Art History from Santa Monica College in California and
a Bachelors degree in Industrial Design from The Pratt Institute in
Brooklyn, NY with honors. Currently, Stephen is the Chief Marketing
Officer at ELEMENTS and oversees the company’s East Coast Operations and
the newly merged NetFuel division. In addition to general management
responsibilities, Stephen drives the company’s customer relationship
initiatives and personally assures the success of client online
marketing initiatives. He also manages many franchise clients that
include Maaco, CertaPro Painters, Handyman Connection, Floor Coverings
International and Weed Man (USA).
